महत्वपूर्ण दिशा निर्देश
1 एंटी करप्शन एंड क्राइम कंट्रोल अवेयरनेस इन इंडिया एक एनजीओ है जिसका मिशन भ्रष्टाचार और भ्रष्टाचार को रोकने के लिए सामाजिक कृतियों के लिए काम करना है। Anti Corruption and CARIME Control Awareness in India is an NOG whose mission is to work for Social Causes to prevent Corruption.
2 संस्था से जुड़े सभी सदस्य संस्था द्वारा जारी किए गए पहचान पत्र का उपयोग किसी भी प्रकार के अवैध गतिविधि एव कार्यो हेतु उपयोग में नहीं लायेगे l पहचान पत्र का उपयोग केवल अपनी पहचान बताने के उद्देश्य से करेंगे । All the members associated with the Organization will not use the Identity Card issued by the Organization for any kind of illegal activity and work.It will be used only for the purposes of revealing his identity.
3 संस्था से जुड़ा कोई भी सदस्य संगठन के नाम पर किसी भी व्यक्ति से किसी भी प्रकार का धन नहीं लेगा। Any member associated with the Organization in the name of the Organization will not take money from any person.
4 संस्था से जुड़ा कोई भी व्यक्ति संगठन के संचालन के लिए बनाए गए नियमों का उल्लंघन नहीं करेगा। Any person associated with the Organization shall not violate the rules made by the Organization.
5 संस्था से जुड़ा कोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसी कोई भी टिप्पणी नहीं करेगा जो संगठन के काम और संगठन की प्रतिष्ठा के लिए हानिकारक हो और कोई भी ऐसा कार्य या कार्य नहीं करेगा जो लोगों के बीच कोई भ्रम पैदा करे। No person associated with the Organization shall make any such remark which is injurious to the work of the Organization and the reputation of the organization and shall not do any such act ot acts which creates any confusion among the people.
6 यात्रा नियम के उल्लंघन के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा पकड़े जाने पर संस्था से जुड़े सभी व्यक्ति यात्रा नियमों का पालन करेंगे, संस्था द्वारा जारी पहचान पत्र का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे। All the persons associated with the Organization ,if caught by the competent authority for violation of travel rules, they shall not use the identity card issued by the organization.
7 यदि किसी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ आपराधिक मामले में या कानून की अदालत में एफआईआर दर्ज है, तो उसे सार्वजनिक प्रवर्तन कार्यालय को सूचित किया जाएगा। If there is an FIR against any person in a criminal case or in a court of Law,the same shall be reported to the Public Enforcement Office.
8 संस्था से संबंधित कोई भी सदस्य सड़क यातायात, सड़क कार्य या किसी भी राजनीतिक दल के किसी भी जुलूस में भाग नहीं लेगा। Any member of the organization shall not participate in any Road works, political procession.
9 संस्था से जुड़ा कोई भी व्यक्ति उस संगठन का हिस्सा होगा जो इस संगठन में रहता है Any person associated with the Organization shall be part of the Organization. ।
10 संस्था द्वारा जारी किए गए कार्ड की हानि, चोरी, हानि, और मृत्यु की स्थिति में, पुलिस लिखित रूप में पुलिस स्टेशन को लिखेगी और शपथ कथन के पंजीकरण सहित कार्यालय को इसकी प्रतिपूर्ति की छायाप्रति प्रस्तुत करेगी। The police station shall be reported In the event of the loses ,theft of Card issued by the organization and submit the registered report to the organization along with the affidavit.
11 उपरोक्त शर्तों में से किसी का भी उल्लंघन अगर कोई एसोसिएशन का सदस्य पाया जाता है कि संगठन बिना किसी जानकारी के अपने दम पर काम करने के लिए बाध्य होगा। If any member found in Violation of the any of the above condition of the organization ,will carry their own responsibility.
